Are any purchases final sale?
All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. In order to prevent unwanted returns or package losses, please ensure you put in the correct address. All failed deliveries and shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, it usually takes around 2–7 working days for preparation and packing before we hand it over for delivery. Actual delivery time depends on the logistics and your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. SF Express (HK) delivery fee is around HK$25–$35.
How to track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via email.
