退款原則

本店不接受無理退款。所有商品售出後，除非符合以下指定情況，恕不接受任何形式退貨或退款。

可申請退款／退貨之情況：

• 收到貨物後經檢查，商品數量明顯缺少（例如訂 3 件只收到 1 件）

以下情況恕不接受退貨或退款：

• 個人主觀原因（例如不喜歡、尺碼不合、顏色色差、與預期不同等）
  
• 已拆封、使用過、洗過、修改過、或人為損壞的商品

• 貨物在運送過程中遺失或延遲

退貨／退款流程

如符合上述可退款條件，請於收到貨物後7 日內透過私訊或電郵（lonelykidney@gmail.com）提出申請，並附上以下資料：

• 訂單編號
• 問題照片／影片（清晰展示問題）
  

經本店確認符合退款條件後，將通知您退貨地址（如需要寄回）或直接安排退款。

 

Refund Policy

Our store does not accept unreasonable refunds. All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the item meets the specific conditions listed below.

Eligible for Refund/Return:

• Upon inspection of the goods, the item quantity is clearly missed (e.g., ordered 3 pieces but only 1 piece received).

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal subjective reasons (e.g., do not like it, wrong size, color difference, does not match expectations, etc.)
• Items that have been opened, used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

• Loss or delay of goods during shipping

Return/Refund Process

If your case meets the above refund conditions, please contact us via message or email (lonelykidney@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Photos/videos of the issue (clearly showing the problem)

Once we verify that the request meets the refund criteria, we will notify you of the return address (if return shipping is required) or proceed directly with the refund.
